Please be assured your account is saved, but we'll need to take some steps to get you signed back into the correct account.
The most common reason a player can't get back into their main account is a new account has been set up, and the game is automatically signing you into that alternate account. Here's some steps on how to sign back into your main account:
1. Start Casino World, and allow the game to open the current account.
2. Once Casino World is running, click "Casino World" in the upper left corner of the screen. Then click on "Account" in the upper right corner of the screen and select "Sign Out".
3. This will take you back to the Sign In page. Enter the correct email for your main Casino World account, and enter your Password.
4. Click "Sign In".
Note: If more than one Casino World account is played on your computer, or device, we recommend the "Remember Me" option is not checked to prevent an account from automatically signing into Casino World each time the game is opened.
