guests should be filtered out...not allowed to attend vip parties...not allowed to whisper regular players...in other game sites if you're not a member that's how it is....there have been at least 5 friends in the past 2 days that have been recieving harrassing whispers from the same one...including myself...and don't say you can just block them because they can just add another guest acct..and there should be a limit to how many accts one can have...is there really a need to have more than one?..one per ip address...make it that you have to delete old acct to create new...

only if the party is set for vips only...i have friends that arent vips so i don't set my parties as such...

Having the option to stop guests from whispering to you sounds reasonable to me. We'll definitely consider that one.

DOUGAROO,I GET RUDE AND NASTY MESSAGES IN MY INBOX FROM GUESTS THAT ARE USING THESE ACCOUNTS TO HIDE BEHIND SO WE CANT TRACE THEM.THERES SOME HERE THAT HAVE NAMED ACCOUNTS GETTING A GUEST ACCOUNT TO BULLY.GUESTS SHOULD NOT BEABLE TO GET IN OUT NAMED ACCOUNTS OR SEND FRIENDS REQUESTS ..GUESTS ARE TO HARD TO TRACE..THANK YOU

100% right april...it needs to stop...that's just the 1st step but more has to be done....limit the accts one can have..i know there will never be a wayto stop ppl from being hateful and rude, bullying others...but it's a step in the right directioin

I have also been getting whispers from Guests as well and do not appreciate it! Something needs to be done to stop it!

You can go to your privacy settings and set your preference so that only your friends can whisper chat you. That way at least a guest would have to also be a friend before they could bother you in whisper chat.

Just to round out this discussion, we've talked about this internally now and the plan will be to limit how guests can communicate (no more whisper chatting and some others).
So look for that in a future update. Not sure when yet.

Am I reading this right Dougaroo? CW is actually considering putting limits on the ENTIRE Guest Account group just because a few Guests have violated the Code of Conduct? That's a little drastic and doesn't follow the Code of Conduct procedure at all. If anyone violates the code, you block and report them. CW will take further action if necessary up to and including terminating that individual's account. I've seen it happen. A violation occurred and the individual was gone the next day. Note-the individual was a VIP. Sure they can come back, it's a free country. They'll just have to start earning the cities, gems, party passes, and milestones all over again. The Terms of Use allow free access to everything on the site regardless of account "STATUS". The Terms of Use also does not prohibit you from having more than one account (see Alle I through Alle XII). If a Guest or Tourist enters a Yacht toss (VIP) party, it's because the host did not indicate VIPs only when setting up the party. I have Guests on my friends list who've been on CW for years at higher milestones than me. They are good people as is everyone else on my friends list. It would hurt to see them penalized because of a few bad apples.

Yes, all Guest accounts will be affected by this change. Unfortunately, it is more of an issue than just a few bad apples. For long-time Guest accounts, they would need to save their accounts to keep certain features.

Now back to this post...Part 1-According to the FAQs, Whisper Chat is unlocked/activated when you verify your security email address in Settings. Guests do not have Settings. The word appears under their avatar but if they click on Settings, they are immediately redirected to the Sign On page and asked to Save their account. Once a Guest saves their account, they become a Tourist who can then click on Settings, verify their security email address, and unlock Whisper Chat. What this means is that the current ability for Guests to Whisper Chat must be a glitch and yes it should be deactivated since Guests should not have had this ability in the first place according to the FAQs. Part 2-Will Guests still be allowed into regular (not marked VIP only) parties?

What you mentioned was the old way of how verifying an account can get the full features of our games. I'll go ahead and update the article so it is correct. Thanks for letting me know.

Hi Samantha! There's another FAQ under Casino World Features "How do I chat and whisper chat" that says "If you have verified your security Email, you can also Whisper Chat." Since Guests can Whisper Chat without verifying their email, I suppose that FAQ needs to be updated too? Thanks for all of the information you provide.

This is for Samantha. I was playing CW for over 1 year did not know I had to verify my email because I started playing thru PCH publishers clearing house. After playing and having so many problems with thr game but with no way to contact anyone on help page i finally found out that i needed to verify my email account. before that i was able to chat with anyone and them me. and yes i have had horrible chats and emails from some avatars would appreciate you doing something about it.
