Comment pending approval

I've had a post pending approval for 5 days now. I know that mods have been online multiple times since then. This seems to happen to me regularly.

  Yeah sorry about that sometimes happening. We actually don't want this filtering to happen, it just comes automatically as part of the software package (Zendesk) that we use to handle our forums.

  I personally almost never login to the admin portal so I don't see these when they are being blocked. But we'll try to see if we can get a better system worked out to getting posts like your approved.
