Lilypad Solitaire

There are no rules and no understanding of how Lilypad  pays out. They give you a clearing bonus and a deck bonus but no place does it tell you how that is established. I have had a run of every card but 1 and got that withing 2 cards with about 12 being left in the deck un-played and get something under a million in bonus. I always play the 10 million dollar game.  Also I may have power-ups and in some games Lilypad will use them and others they don't exist even though I still have a large number .  What gives. What are the rules and bonus determinations of the game based on?
