City Levels

When I clicked on the City tab for the first time it showed different levels. But I can't find that again. I can see only that I am Legend Tier 4.

Is there a list of all the different levels?

  So one last question, what is the highest Legend Level?

  The highest of all is being in "Legend Tier 1".  Then next would be "Legend Tier 2" etc.

  Much further down there will be "Rookie Tier 1" and then the very bottom would be something like "Rookie Tier 100".

  @Dougaroo so when it says based on payout. What does that mean exactly? How much you get from your buildings? Or are there other factors such as MS level and coin total?

  It's based on how much you have collected in the last few days from your buildings.

  I would be interested in understanding the thresholds at which one progresses through the levels and tiers and whether the treasure box and city payouts are related to your level and tier ranking or just the combined value of the buildings in your city?
