Monument Maker

I am very scared about using the Monument Maker.  It sounds like some people are not getting as many party passes and charms as what they did before, so therefore I am concerned.  Also, I would like to know, once you have a monument can you evolve it, and how many times can you do it.  What is the benefit of having a monument besides having a different looking building in your city?

  I've had real good luck with passes and gems in the cosmic millenial crystals.   and if you get a charm it is either the gold deck of cards or the wine glasses.

  Go and read Night Guy profile page. He tells you how to evolve your buildings the cheapest way.
