i went to party cw took my party passes poofed me off right at payout didnt get them but was sent an email i did  should have received 52 on top of my existing but being cw you will claim i already received them  so how do i get them

  If you were charged for the party, the Charms would have been added to your Charm Manager.

  I WAS AND NO I NEVER RECEIVED THEM  I KEPT THE EMAIL THAT SAID I GOT THEM BUT IN MY CHARMS BOX NOT THERE I KNOW THERE IS NOTHING CAN BE DONE BUT IF HAPPENED TO ME WILL HAPPEN TO SOMEONE ELSE JUST HEADS UP TO HOPEFULLY FIND GLITCH TY SAMANTHA
