It wouldn't register for me either when I played one hand so I bet  the lowest amount and played 5 hands and it finished the challenge in 10 hands,  I got 4x my win on one hand of poker (before I went to 5 hands) and it didn't register so I tried 5 hands.

Been doing the same thing. winning with a pair or flush/straight neither one yesterday or today. I got one on the 1st of feb. nothing since. They need to give a lot of compensation.

I had the same trouble ..after about 60spins betting at 5 mill, I changed my bet to 500  and in six bets I completed the challenge

Ditto all above.  Wins not being counted in the challenge!

Michael B17 is right. Bet the lowest, play five hands. The 3-1 (or better) payout should appear often enough for all to complete the challenge in decent time.

One thing, I too watched me win 400 on a 100 bet but not receive the credit. Turned out that the 400 was due to special rules on payouts and, apparently, not a part of the 3-1 challenge.

I then went to the 'Rules' button and found the payouts on page two. A flush pays 3-1, straights, trips and straight flushes pay higher. Any one of those gets credit for the challenge.

We all spent extra coins and charms before realizing it was not going to work and I think we all deserve an apology from CW for this error on their part. I understand that mistakes do happen, but an apology seems in order right now to at least let us know they are sorry for the error. I don't think it's asking too much.
