Charm Yield Honeymoon Period

I've been noticing something lately. I think. It appears new charms go through a honeymoon period where their yields are generous and then settle back to a lower amount after a while. Has anyone else noticed this? Then again, I may be hallucinating.

  I'm sorry to say there's no such honeymoon.  Charms are very steady in their behavior (unless we happen to put one out that has an actual bug, but I can't recall that happening in years).

  We could use a few charms with good bugs.
