Two of my properties are "caught" under the Evolve Monument Icon

Any way I can get them from underneath the Evolve Monument icon and onto my city?  I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to no avail.  Thanks for any help.

  Enlarge your city and they will move then click on them and drag them away from the icon
