If AFK or Frozen in a party, do you stil get everything from the party?

I've seen people with the AFK bubble in parties and I click on them to invite them back to the party. My screen freezes while in parties and I'll refresh/reload to try to get back into the party. My question to all of the experts on CW:

If the AFK person remains AFK in the party AND if I don't refresh/reload when the screen freezes, will we both still receive the successful party charms, the tossed party charms, and the meter buster charms?

  If a player is AFK, they're still present at the party and will receive the Charms. If you're freezing or having to reload, you're being disconnected from the servers and will likely not receive the Charms.
