BAD BINGO

While playing bingo this morning i had two bingos that would not register when bingo button was clicked. I kept getting the "bad bingo". 

i kept trying and finally one did register but the large win of the two never did.  I finally switched the challenge but this may be a problem for others as well.  There is a picture in my photos.

Please correct my account if possible.

  You did not have Bingo. If you look at the bottom left, it tells you what type of Bingo game you're playing. 
  
  USUALLY, it's "traditional", which means horizontal, vertical, diagonal or corners. In THIS CASE, in the bottom left it says "Pattern Type: CORNERS". 

  That means the only good Bingo would be covering the top left, top right, bottom left and bottom right corners. Diagonal, vertical, and horizontal patterns, are NOT valid Bingos for that game.
