Yes I had to switch my browser to Edge.

But today:  I "uninstalled" Google Chrome  from in the computer settings.  Then I re-installed Google Chrome and it worked,  Casino world is no longer blinking on Chrome. So now I can use either Browser.

I was using Windows Edge and it started flashing 2 days ago.  I tried Google Chrome and it doesn't flash.  Casino World must've made some compatibility changes that messed up browser configurations.  It's a hit and miss which browser will work based on your computer.  Casino World needs to fix this.

With all due respect fishonron - not everyone has been so lucky.

It has now started flickering on Chrome as well as Edge.  I am unable to use either browsers now.  This is not the only Zendesk application that has this problem.

I signed into both 7 Seas Casino and Vegas World using Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and both have the same problem as Casino World.  Tech help is advising them of the same action to take - try another browser.

No point in paying for a subscription when I can't play.  So I've cancelled it.

It's NOT the browser.  I have 2 computers, both running Windows 11 and using the latest version of Edge as the browser, both configured the same.  Flickering occurs on one of the computers but not the other.  It just started the flickering on the one computer yesterday.  Screens function okay but the flickering is very annoying and makes some games (like BINGO) VERY difficult to play.  The flickering is reminiscent of the "old" days when certain display fields had an attribute byte set to cause blinking.  This will just be a wait and see when Flowplay can reproduce the problem and fix it.  Recommendations to change browsers is NOT the solution.

We are looking into the issue. For anyone experiencing the flashing, you can send us a DxDiag report to help us figure out what's causing this. Here's an article on steps to run the report, and you can submit it to us by submitting a Help Ticket:

Chrome flickers/ edge flickers/ disabled  norton to see...that didnt work. ...clearing cache didnt work/ changed screen resolution didnt work, going to unistall direct x tomorrow  and reinstall... all  drivers are up to date?

Read  I may have to  go into safe mode with internet  and  use norton uninstall tool and re install  and  add a fix?
just  all of a sudden ... seems some update somewhere has  thrown a wrench into  the  site....Only  flickers  on  games , chat button/ treasurebox/ Mail doesnt flicker Home  screen  doesnt flicker/party rooms  do not flicker  (  the chat button does) rewards flicker

I also sent in a dxdiag file.  Casino World came back and asked for the version numbers of both my Edge and Chrome browsers.  Both are the latest versions.

My home screen flickers - the S button to the left of challenges, the gear button where you sign out flickers, and the area from where how many tokens/gems you have to the right is flickering.  When your in a slot game any charms your playing flicker, and some of the "items" on a row in the playing field flicker.  Bingo - numbers disappear and flicker constantly.  Texas Hold'em - cards disappear and flicker constantly.

Far too much flickering to make playing for any length of time easy or enjoyable.

Just got an email saying that the problem is with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome 113 version updates.

Now they want me to use Firefox browser.  I am not installing another browser.

How about you fix the problem on your end.

Agree with iamsam.  If that message you got is from FlowPlay, they are wrong.  Read my previous comment above.  Using same (current) version of Edge on 2 different computers...one flickers, the other doesn't.

Besides, I seriously doubt that both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome collaborated to "mess up" the same thing.  LOL

BTW.  I also reverted back to the previous version of Edge where the flickering was NOT happening and guess what?  It is still flickering under the previous version.  So, it is definately NOT due to a change in Edge.

Our teams suspect this is an issue with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge as this started happening right after an update to the browsers, but it appears the most recent update from a couple of days ago hasn't helped. We're still looking into the issue, but if this is browser related, it's out of our hands.

Repeating...I reverted back to a previous version of Edge where the flickering was NOT happening and it did NOT fix the flickering problem.

Again, we're still looking into the issue, but it is still possibly related to both of those browsers as Firefox seems to not be experiencing this issue.

When I logged back on to CW this evening, this same scenario is happening. There are a few more people that I know of that it is happening to. It is only on this site that it is happening. Can you please look into this.

It is also possible that browser updates have caused problems in older computer graphic cards and drivers.  If you have an older computer with older graphic card/driver that can't be updated, you may have to either replace your graphics card or get a new computer.  I had an older ASUS laptop running Windows 10 + Edge.  I upgraded it to Windows 11 and latest Edge and it was still flickering.  I bought a new Lenovo laptop running Window 11 + Edge and it does NOT flicker.  So, I suspect the old ASUS graphics card was not working properly.  If you go with a new computer, I strongly recommend one that has a 1TB Solid State Disk (SSD).  You will be astonished at how much faster things load and execute on SSD.
