Double Gem Offers
GM - It's been over 2 months since I have received a Double Gem Offer, while friends around me are still getting at least 2 per month. Is there something that triggers that offer to start/stop?? What gives? I'm getting very frustrated.

There isn't something that triggers those offers. We're looking into reports of players saying they're not receiving the offers.

OMGosh, thank you for responding Samantha. I didn't know where else to go for information because no one I know seemed to relate or be experiencing anything similar themselves. I just kept coming up blank, but I know something is off-kilter with my account. It's not a very fun game experience, to say the least. Thanks again.
