i have over 4000 party passes, can i trade them for jewels?

  Nope but you can trade gems as a gift to friends to buy them  party passes.

  DLM, 4,000 passes isn't very many. It takes 9,500 to come to just one of my 10x unicorn parties. I hold and attend 8 of them a week. (Two every Wed, Thu, Fri, & Sat evening.)

  Dim use them to go to GNG( Grab & Go) parties for the higher value charms. They will pay off really well when you use them.

  I CANT SEEM TO GET ANY PARTY PASSES.  I MIGHT GET SOME ONE DAY A WEEK FROM MY CITY.  I AM ON MS 70 AND LOOKS LIKE IT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME TO FINISH WITHOUT PASSES.

  jimbobrae You have enough party passes to attend approximately 80 10XUnicorn parties worth at least 100,000,000,000. That's 2 Crown Milestones. There are 5 days left of this month to get VIP 260 ponies a party. If you host your own parties, that's 270 ponies a party. Or wait until you get the Bonus Charms for All next month to start going to parties in order to get the most Unicorns possible. After you collect all of the Unicorns, and you have some time, then load them all on Sparkplug Poker Double Double Bonus 50 hands betting 500,000 with total bet $25,000,000. Happy spinning.

  Once your city is maxed out.
  If you are diligent with your treasure box, you can get approximately 20,000 to 50,000 passes yes 20 - 50 thousand passes / day. That's what me and DG gets / day on average.
  However that's not enough for us as 1 overflow / day for the 4 daily parties we host will put us at 47,500 passes. We get 1-4 overflows per party so we need over 80K pass per day to keep it up, that's why we have to take breaks in the beginning of the month to save up on our passes.

  I have 22 of the cosmic crystal monuments and  and 3 of the luminous crystal monuments.  I only get the rubys and luckiest 7 charms
