Allow Notifications (pop up)

Please explain this pop up. I keep clicking Not Now because I don't know what it will do and it doesn't have an option "Do Not Ask Me Again" or I would definitely turn it off since pop ups annoy me. On another website game, I clicked Allow on a similar notification pop up and now I receive pop ups all the live long day notifying me about stuff I already know over and over while stopping the game in progress each time and there is no option to Not receive those notifications. If I Allow the CW notifications, how will I receive these notifications? If they are pop ups, then No Thank you. Are they any different from the notications that I already receive in my CW Inbox and those that are posted on the What's Hot section of the Games page? Thank you for your help.

  They are pop ups, so if you don't want to see those, click Not Now.
