Why did my gems and charms disappear?
Did you maybe get signed into a new guest account?
SAMANTHA I THOUGHT I COULDONLY HAVE ONE ACCOUNT. SO I CAN HAVE MORE THAN ONE?
No new guest account but I did have 2 accounts on separate browsers that Casino World combined. I lost everything on one of the accounts. My current account has also lost all charms. New charms disappear when I leave the site.
We don't have a way to combine two accounts. The only reason I can think of Gems and Charms all disappearing at once is if you're being signed into a different account.
Love my husband You can have more than one account, but you do have to use unique emails for each account.
