Hey Inittowinit1, it's under your profile options on the top right if you are on a desktop browser. Select my profile and edit profile. You can change your photo there.

I tried doing that but it keeps changing the pic to a different avi after I upload the one I want (my current avi). Oh well, at least I'm not pumpkin girl anymore.

JanLee not sure why it would not change. I did use a PNG file instead of a JPG but that should not matter. It did take about 2 mins for the change to take effect. Try uploading again, wait a few mins and refresh to see if it changed.

It shows the right one for awhile. It is a PNG @night guy. Right now as I'm posting it is the one I want but we'll see if it sticks. It seems determined to keep me as a cowgirl. Lol! That's okay.....

EDIT:  It went back to the cowgirl. Oh well. There are bigger things in life to worry about. Lol!!!

There is a step missing in these instructions. When I click on My Profile and then click on Change photo, I am redirected to the files on my computer which are empty, they have no CW Profile photo. Please explain where to find the profile photo and how to save it as a PGN on your computer so that it can be used on the Community page.

I first joined the Community as a witch during Halloween. Months later, I wanted to change my photo but got the empty files and so I cancelled the transaction. Then my profile photo was blank. I sent in a request to CW and Samantha reset it. I was a rocket in CW and so my profile photo became a rocket. Now, the same thing happened when I followed these instructions and was redirected to my empty files, my profile photo disappeared. However, after just a few minutes, it came back as a witch again. I'd like to be able to change it at will like we change avatars in CW.

I've conducted some research on this issue.

It seems that the profile photo is transferred from CasinoWorld to Zendesk each time you log in through CasinoWorld, instead of utilizing a username and password. The challenge arises because CW/Zendesk doesn't offer a way to sign up for an account or perform a 'forgot password' action to log into Zendesk directly without going through CasinoWorld.

Any changes you make to your profile will remain until the next time you access Zendesk via CasinoWorld, at which point it reverts to your original, non-custom regular avatar that was loaded before your initial visit to Zendesk.

Inittowinit1, you can use any photo you've taken, downloaded, or screen-captured from anywhere, as long as it's in a standard photo format like JPG/PNG, etc. You need to create the photo yourself before heading to Zendesk to select and upload it. If you prefer a CasinoWorld avatar, screen-capture it from CasinoWorld, crop it, and then upload it to your profile photo. However, note that the photo will revert back to the original non-custom avatar the next time you log back in via CasinoWorld.

cw2988 regarding "no avatar for the day" it's actually your browser no completely refreshing the zendesk. After you change your profile, it takes about 30-60 seconds before the photo gets updated in the database.

Most browsers store web page data like photos, links locally in the local browser cache so things load quicker. You will need to change your browser setting so it reload the page from server every time you visit. You can also manually bypass the cache by sending the CTRL-F5 key combination.

Dougaroo / Samantha can you please take a look at this and see if you can stop casinoworld from overwriting the profile photo on zendesk after the very 1st time you access the zendesk from casinoworld.

I can look into this, but I can't guarantee this is something we'll change.
