What games are you playing ?   You might be betting too much and using small charms.

Desoto, I have also felt this way the last three months, I cannot get ahead, I go backwards now lol.  I have been saving charms but I'm with you, what charm goes with what game?  What game pays out the best? The one clover charms seem useless.  I have asked for advice from random players and I appreciate all their suggestions but nothing is working right anymore.  Whenever I get enough to buy a building I do that so yes I am building my town, I would just like to get to the next milestone a little bit quicker and yes I am envious of the crown players and wish I could find the magic to get there!

Every game is different what works for me might not work for you and do you want to play the high risk high reward games or the low risk low reward games ?  You just have to keep trying and see what works best for you and what charms do best on that game.  Building your city is good as its what pays when you go to collect treasure boxes.  Try to get the highest tier buildings you can afford.  I see you got alot of monuments in your city, that is good as they pay the most.  the diamond monuments pay the best.  Make a plan and stick to that plan

I started winning more after I looked at the Leaderboard.  You can go to the Leaderboard and see what the top scores are for the week, month or year in any game.  I just played the highest paying games. And, as has been mentioned, if I have little charms, I only bet a little.  Personally, I don't play much until I get more valuable charms. When I'm out of charms I play just for fun and not for score.

    Best wishes & God Bless.

Desoto, you made a statement I don't understand.  You said:  "Playing with charms isn't as satisfying, as it just gets set on autoplay ...."  Not sure how this is happening to you.  To go on autoplay, you have to actually hold down the Spin button for a few seconds and then it will say "Auto".  If you don't want to play on auto, just tap the button again and it will go back to non-auto spinning.

If you're talking about your charms auto feeding, you can change the settings in your Charm Manager so you can select only the charms you want to use for the game you're playing. If that's what you're talking about I can tell you how to change those settings.

Hi Desoto, there are lots of other ways, and probably more profitable and interactive ways, to use your charms. I am not advocating one way over another, but playing out high value charms on blackjack and sparkplug poker will generally yield very good results. Just me, I know others will have their own ways to play. Good luck

Bats and Unicorns work well in high-stakes 3-card poker, Single Player, one hand played at a time. Others have suggested playing 3 hands or 5 hands with various techniques, but I have always lost when I've played a session that way. The way I play, I don't usually lose ground at all in the coin count during a gaming session.

Also, Mahjong will go forward real well with either of these charms loaded in the buffer.

For either game, keep that charm buffer full of just one or the other type as you play. If one type runs out or below 20 charms to fill the buffer (four stacks of 5 each), you can switch to the other charm until that one runs out. When you run out of both bats and unicorns, stop until you can build your supply of those charms back up and return after you have amassed hundreds, again. You can play with fewer charms than in the hundreds for a short session, but less than 20 per round in the buffer is a sure sign to come back later.

Bats should pay just over 4M per charm on average during a play session. Unicorns will average sometimes as high as 4.8 million or so. I can usually advance 1 billion coins in my coin count with about 240 bats. With Unicorns, I don't need quite that many.

    Bet high; win high.

If you need further details on how these ideas work, write me a private message and I'll try to fill in the blanks for you.

    Good luck.

Nah, I've had enough. I am back to where I was three years ago, as far as my coin balance. When there's no way to actually get to the next level... it's just not entertaining.

I have been paying for years, I just don't see any benefit in it.

I'm only willing to put out so much money for a game that doesn't pay back any in return.

I guess I misunderstood the meaning of free slots...etc.

I appreciate all of the suggestions, but they all have the same meaning... pay more money.

    Thanks to all who tried.
