Bonus Charms received when hosting or attending parties

On the last 2 parties one attended and one hosted I have not received the bonus charms after purchasing charms in the party.

Anyone else have this issue? I was getting them before: when I purchased a charm it would show up and then another one would show up with a bonus next to it.

  I HAD A PARTY JUST LAST WEEKEND AND NEVER GO MY BONUS CHARMS.  WHERE DID IT IN UP AND HOW COME I DID NOT GET A NOTICE IN MY IN BOX THAT I RECEIVE IT. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME. I EVEN DID IT DURING THE CHALLENGE TIME. I WOULD LIKE WHAT IS DUE TO ME PLEASE. MY PARTY BUSTED AND I SPENT LOTS OF GEMS ON CHARMS AS WELL.
