Charm Party Busts

My meter busts before the other guests. They keep buying charms but I don't receive them. Happened twice today.

  when you started floating charm" I started having problems. sometimes I don't get the charms and the meter won't bust. I clean and refresh and it still happens. I spend good money buying gems" too much to be losing charms:
