I didn't get my pet

I completed all the May 2020 challenges and I did NOT receive my doggie...what happened...also, I also today (May 17, 2020) completed the challenge that gave an extra charm at charm parties and I attended some parties and bought some charms but we did NOT get the extra charms..this is NOT the first time that has happened either.

  Della, the challenge about the extra charms at parties means if 20 people are in the room you get 21 on party being a success and you get a extra charm .. not for every charm you buy .. this was a reward in past months that for 24 hours you got extra charms .. I hope this helps a little bit .. keep asking questions it helps everyone who might have the same question ...  good luck to you ..
