    I would guess that your VIP subscription payment hadn't gone through just yet. As soon as that completes you should be fine to claim the VIP rewards and any reward earned today will be available to claim still tomorrow.

    If by tomorrow things have not worked themselves out, please let us know and we'll investigate further.

    I used my free trial month last month for  vip and am wanting to pay for vip this month but the option isn't coming up for me to purchase the vip what do I need to do?

    When you say it's not coming up as an option to pay, what are you seeing when you go to the payment page?

    Can you post a screenshot?

    Still not able to collect vip rewards what do i need to do now. You stated to wait a day which I did and still nothing Please help. Thank you.

    Sorry to hear this is still broken.  For most people their charges go through within the first 6 hours or so after the 1st of the month.

    Unfortunately I don't have direct access to your payment information, so since this hasn't resolved itself after 24 hours, please contact our customer service at support@casinoworld.com and they can check on your credit card and other details to see what's gone wrong.

    Just to add on to what I said earlier.

    We've now heard of some people having their credit card payments not be successfully processed due to an issue with the bank that processes those transactions for us.

    So if your VIP has not renewed, please contact support (support@casinoworld.com ) and they should be able to get this fixed for you.

    I earned yhe SP for charms from bldgs but do not see the SP in my total SP.

    Still says Im VIP, Cant get rewards though. Received all my monthly rewards, but can't get challenge rewards. Says my next payment is due July 1, so I can't even buy VIP, says there is no product to purchase. Really weird.

    Yeah Steve, definitely something has gone wrong with your account. Please write in to support and they can dig more deeply into this and figure out exactly what happened and hopefully get it sorted for you quickly.

    (They may be a bit slow replying over the 4th of July holiday).

    K, so I re upped even though it said I was all ready VIP, it went through and says I have 12 rewards available. Cant collect any of them though. This is fun!
