Most of the time when you get that it just means we've had a temporary issue with getting data from your computer to ours.
In which case refreshing the browser should fix it.
It's annoying, but not usually more than that.

Yes that's frustrating when you're in the middle of a game and lose your network connection for a moment. Sorry about that - it's definitely annoying if that happens.
Yea it happened to me on7/5 in the beginning of a party it took my 50 gems but I got no charms,contacted support but haven't heard back yey.

Yes, it happens a lot and I lose 3M while playing bingo...very frustrating!
Lori we're going to try to do a better job of detecting when this happens and refunding your coins automatically for games like bingo. This will take a few weeks to implement, but we are going to work on the problem.

Hmm - philosophy? Could an AI understand truth? A great question - but is it something that even a human can answer? Truth it seems means different things to different people.
As for me - sad to say, quite human. If we can program an AI to do my job I'll be impressed and happily go sit on a beach.
