Bonus charms when you complete challenge for that

Hi, I have a question regarding the bonus charms won during the challenge...when we win the bonus charm is it only for one day, or is it for the remainder of the month?? I only get it for like a day if that and then it stops. If we are to get a bonus charm for the duration of the month when we go to parties and buy charms then I did NOT get them. I would like some clarity on this, please.

  Any bonus you earn from the season challenges lasts for the whole month.

  The bonus charm is easy to miss.  If you have the bonus which gives you an extra charm for any party you attend, this means when the party starts instead of the 25 charms you would usually get, you get 26 instead.

  There's also a bonus which is for hosting parties in some seasons.  And that's similar - the host gets an extra charm when the party starts.
