I am losing coins, gems and charms due to Oops! Something went wrong...why should I have to lose anything?

  You should never lose any Gems or Charms due to the loss of a connection to our servers.  But you're right you can lose Coins.

  We're hoping to make a better solution for the Coins, so if you get disconnected you are less likely to lose those too.

  I had a problem playing online games until I started using Firefox.  My coins were refunded when I was playing Mahjong.
