If you think your Gems have mysteriously vanished, please email email@example.com and they can check on what happened. We keep a detailed record of every Gem received and spent.
When I signed off early today I had over 900 gems. When I signed back on tonight, all my gems are gone! Has this happened to other people?
I lost gems once and contacted firstname.lastname@example.org. Their response was to explain how gems are utilized - no investigation into a glitch into the system. I know how gems are used but mine disappeared without spending them. So...to answer your question, customer support was useless.
