Gems
CW has been particularly stingy with gems this month. Whats up?

Hmm, I don't think anything should have changed in the party buster prizes.
Do you recall what type of party this was? What the entry fee charm was?

Even when you are putting out a lot to get in and bust a party - you will get a jive charm at the end.
It really puts a damper on things.

How about 300 gems entry fee. We got that stupid devil/angel charm - bummer

MamaDuke I agree! the meter payout really needs to reflect the value of the charms being invested to bust the level. I hope they upgrade the meter in party rooms. I dont like seeing people spend gems on expensive charms to reach a meter level only to get a 1gem win! :/ that needs to change or people wont see value in spending precious gems on larger charms for smaller win from party meter. It really doesn't make sense right?

The payout at the parties are a joke. It really discourages Charmers from spending big gems to get 1 gem or a dumb charm like Vegas Rick. Everyone hates Vegas Rick. We would rather have gems. Can you get rid of Vegas Rick. You know from the very beginning how the story will end.

OMG MamaDuke! lol I almost spewed my tea out of my mouth reading your comment on Vegas Rick!! lol lmao too funny but SO TRUE! ....I'm not liking Vegas Rick either :( or 1 gem or 2 gem, and Sea of riches cheap charms get tedious too,I go in there with the hopes of spending gems to increase coin count and hopefully win more gems to advance in lifetime challenge etc thnx for the laugh MamaDuke lol

The guy in charge of these rewards is on vacation at the moment, but when he gets back we'll take a look at how this is all working and give a special look towards Vegas Rick. Didn't realize he was so unloved - poor Rick :)

Too many party passes given as awards, in my opinion. I am tired of all the bullies at parties when people are slow in contributing or not contributing as much as some people think they should. Parties are not fun and most of my passes will not be used. I am not a freeloader but I will leave midway through if a bully is shaming some of the party people. Bullies need to limit their parties to private, VIPs only and set the entrance fee so high that ordinary people with only 100 charms or so wouldn't even consider joining.

Dougaroo I cant wait for the Rewards guy to get back from holidays to make some substantially generous changes for the players in regards to the rewards system. thnx for passing on this info. while you give a special look at Vegas Rick can you please give a special look at removing that 1 gem or 2 gem win on the meter PLEASE! to increase the value of Meter wins! ( not on just special days but all time change)
I concur with what Guyathome has shared as well I believe this is how many feel about the parties and what is happening in them with reg players vs the elite VIP types who clearly are able to share the more generous expensive charms! but not everyone is able to spend like them ( don't get me wrong I'm Grateful for their Generosity its a beautiful blessing when it happens and one I def appreciate when I'm on the receiving end of their generosity, I wish I could give like that so freely but my budget couldn't keep it going as they do I don't have an endless supply of gems to give helicopters etc like they are beer) so i love what Guyathome has shared.... and something needs to be done about party shamers and bullies. I myself have just tuned them out or will block them

Lots of hobos....don't participate leaving others to be taken advantage of...They figure it out. That is probably a reason many hosts don't attend their own parties anymore...let's them off the hook.I live simply. I have to be careful, but I love doing this!!!! I know I am watching, and that is not fun.....

I have gone through about 300 gems on a beer or martini party when others don't contribute, then I leave when the bullies start, and I don't stick around for the final busted prize. Frankly, I would almost rather leave because of freeloaders than have the bad vibes the bullies dish out. This is SUPPOSED to be FUN, people!

I agree. it has become NO fun for the parties..... You get used and abused!!!!

Correct; calling players a name is being a bully but I used that term because it is generally applied to those of US in the party room who are not contributing as much as what the bullies determine is enough. To reiterate, I would rather leave a party when it is stalled because people are not contributing and I am out of gems, rather than sticking around, ultimately, seeing the insulting comments after I have "paid" to enter and "paid" to attend.

Call it what you want...I have spent a lot to bust parties. I am certain i am not alone!!!! I understand what YOU are saying!!!!! I have learned the hard way. It IS tough when others don't participate, and it is a choice. It's gambling and you must deal with it. I hate to think I am a bully....

IMO, people who are not (at least) basic VIPs can never really understand all the facets of CW games and how to best squeeze gems, passes, and charms out of CW. The major reason for that, however, is CW's poor explanations of their games and their system. You have to stumble around inside of CW for quite some time to even begin to figure out what's going on!
It's not until one tries the upper level charm parties (e.g., 200+ gems/passes per entry) that one understands how different parties often operate with mostly VIPs attending. I find that almost everyone donates several gifts or more when the entry fee is rather high; so those parties are often easier to bust (and also tend to have better payouts). Also, until I had earned a few billion coins/tokens, I was too timid to try max betting. (When I was below 1 billion coins, I lost millions and millions of coins twice ... I found it to be too risky when I was 'poor'). So, I didn't realize the benefit of trying maximum bets (to get maximum yields) until after I was a solid 'billionaire'. Also, you'll never benefit from the "riches of your City" unless you've used lots of VIP building bucks and won lots of VIP challenges that yield more buildings to add to your City. That's something that's much more difficult to achieve if you're not a VIP!
That said, I'm glad CW retired Vegas Rick. I agree it's a bummer when you get to the end of a 200-gem charm party, and all you received when it busted was 3 cheapo charms and 3 bags of coins (no gems!).
