Is there a problem with Casino World and Vegas World loading?
I have done a system restore, defragged my computer cleaned my cache but it is not my computer as all other programs are functioning properly. It takes forever to load the party pass acceptance when everyone is coming in, plus it took a whole party for charms to load and it happened at 2 different parties. I have been booted from parties though I'm there early, and as soon as everyone loads in, I get booted. I have had these issues before but they were cleared up really fast, this is the worst they have been. Has something changed or updated that we don't know about? I do not want to cancel my subscription but if I can't participate fairly at parties (I am not a freeloader), I may have to consider it. Please let me know if you are experiencing issues and if you are working on fixing them so I don't worry. Thank you
Some partys load real fast some of them people are already in them 15 seconds or more before the party is scheduled to start I sometimes get party invites before the party is supposed to start if you miss out you go to the overflow room0
If you don't respond to the party reminder tab right away....guaranteed you will be sent to the overflow room. At times you can press cancel and the system sends you to overflow anyway. Many times this never fills or there is a problem getting a meter.
As you may have noticed, my avatar is from their sister site of Vegas World instead of CW...as I visit both sites.0

Thanks Michael B and Alexko2020. I usually get there early, the problem is when the avatars are loading, it is taking forever and ends up loading me back to the dashboard. It has never been this bad. Alexko, I also have a VW account and play there to and it is also slow in the last 4 days.
Dan you need to re-read my comment because I never called anyone a freeloader and all the people who know me in CW know that I am not a bully and get along well with others. I was speaking about the way I don't want to be viewed. I personally do not feel right if I cannot contribute to a party and would rather not go if I don't have gems to buy charms. I don't judge others because I don't know their situation, this is my personal feelings about my self. I am sorry you misunderstood me.0
SadieDae, I am having loading problems today also, not just for the parties but everything I try to go into. I have been in my other gaming websites and they are running fine - it's just Casino World. I tried to enter a party at 9:30'ish and it froze. I had to do a hard reboot to restore my computer. Not a good day today.-1

Norma, I would think CW would value their customers and try to correct these issues. I have not heard anything back from them yet to even acknowledge a problem. It could be their facebook.net connection but I'm not sure what is happening. On Monday it was working fine and when I got on Tuesday I had these issues and nothing has happened to change them. I have friends who I care about in CW and would really hate to unsubscribe but if I can't got to parties and gift charms to participate so I have charms to meet challenges and milestones I don't know what else I can do. I certainly don't want to spend money that can't be used in the program to purchase and use the gems I buy. CW really needs to press zendesk to get these issues fixed before they experience an exodus of customers. Let me know if you get anywhere and I'll post here if I hear any solutions from them. I'm not a computer geek so I just call it like I see it. If CW's platform has a certain capacity for graphics and augmented reality, and games and new players are added to that platform at a pretty fast pace, I would think maybe they need to expand their platform?
I find it hard to believe that we all have the same or similar problems, but I feel that CW does not think the problem is on their end, but on each of ours. We chat and their are a lot of my friends, and others I see regularly at parties who are having the same problems, mostly with loading of avatars, charms, games etc.
I have a master's degree in business and I can tell you they need to be more concerned about what they can do for their customers rather than always saying they can't do anything. At least they could look into our suggestions. I don't know what happened to good customer service. I have been having this problem for at least a month and it's never been this bad. It started the beginning of October and it's still taking charms and avatars too long to load at parties and I'm really getting to wits end with the problems. I have friends that I love and they don't want me to unsubscribe so I keep trying but something needs to be done. Thank you for your reply and letting me vent. God bless!0
Oh yeah Norcal, same here. Everything on my computer works fine, it meets the requirements and it's never been this bad a problem. usually at the beginning of the month there are issues but they go away in a day or so. Never this long.

How did you get your avatar from Vegas World to load in CW? Can you do all the dance moves and everything just like you were in VW?0
Vegas World avatars are not able to be loaded into Casino World. When you visit the Help Center directly from one of the games, your icon will automatically load your avatar's image from that game.0
