dragon mahjong
well you did it again...another bug in your games. played today to do the challenge...win 1 game. played twice and you refunded my coins because I was unable to complete the game. the 4 tiles in the middle are frozen and could not be moved. I took a photo and it is in my photos with an explanation. you will not get another penny from me for a membership. your site is circling the toilet bowl and getting worse all the time and you do nothing to fix it, so bye-bye and thanx for nothing. Yes sorry you ran into that bug. We've had that reported a few times and so far have been unable to get the problem to reproduce in our tests. But it's clearly a bug that shows up occasionally in Mahjong. So we are continuing to try to figure out what causes this to happen.
In any case, sorry about the inconvenience. It's certainly annoying when this happens.

I find the if you click on the bottom corner of the tile, the tile will match with what you are trying to do. You just can't click in the middle - it's a work a round until the problem gets solved.

That's actually really interesting NorCal. That might give us a clue to what's going on. Thanks for posting that.
BTW which browsers are people using when they experience this problem?
0 -
I use Microsoft Edge and/or Google Chrome - but mostly Microsoft Edge.

Thanks NorCal. Have you noticed problems in Mahjong happening more often in one browser than the other?

I would have to say Microsoft Edge.

OK thanks again NorCal. We'll focus our testing there.

Just to update this - we brought a whole team of developers and our testers together this afternoon to try to determine what was happening here and based on NorCal and Xanadu's feedback, we believe we have identified the root problem.
It looks to be sometimes caused by going into your city to collect coins, while you are the middle of playing another game (like Mahjong or Bingo). When you return to your game, there are cases where sections of the screen can't be clicked on.
Now that we have a way to cause this to happen, we'll get started on figuring out why it's happening and working on a fix right away.
So many thanks NorCal and Xanadu for posting here. Once again, we're very sorry for the bug but really appreciate your help in tracking it down.

NorCal, you are right. I click on bottom corner and can get it. I thought it was my CHROME.

FYI-Mozilla Firefox is the best browser to use if you value your privacy.
