    Wow, that's unbelievable!  In the real world, that's considered a threat and taken very seriously!  Makes you wonder what CW would consider unacceptable.

    so let me understand something..

    1. when there is a tech issue and pple are told to go to support and the issue isnt resolved but support ( AdamC) marks it as resolved and when the person re-opens the ticket stating issue isnt resolved and then tech support tells that person if you dont stop you will get block!!! then the person finds themselves blocked even if they were VIP ! are you kidding CW!!!
    2. people have been horrible abusive in here to others( we wont name names) and it took months for the site to remove the abusive comments that really no one wants to read!
    3. and this jackass your showing CW is ok with what hes saying? !!! UNBELIEVABLE!! why doesnt he get banned? does CW support TROLL behaviour?

    All I could do was block them  I hope they go look at all his chats from this party as this was the only 1 I could save in time

    I'm sorry to hear a player's behavior has caused a negative experience in Casino World. We investigate reports daily, but nothing in this screenshot is severe enough for action to be taken. 

    In this type of instance, we recommend blocking players who cause a negative experience, and you will no longer see their messages in game.
