Roulette wheel keeps spinning

Trying to win the roulette challenge. Whenever I play, the wheel spins, and spins, and spins. It's like it's locked on spinning and the only way to stop it is to exit the program, try again, and get the same result.

When this happens, you've likely lost connection to Casino World. Please try refreshing the game and playing again.
Just like our slot games, Roulette wagers are handled on our servers as a single step, meaning once we know everyone's wagers, the number is randomly generated and the payouts calculated and awarded. Once we know what everyone is due, the wheel display animates followed by the payouts being added to your Coin total display. If you didn't win for your wager, no Coins were taken in the first place.

It does not show me anything. Your e-mail said I was losing connection to the server, but I'm not. I can go anywhere else and I'm still connected. It's getting really frustrating, I can get the first spin, and then that's it. If I win, it shows, then the next spin just keeps going, so lost my streak. If I don't bet anything, the wheel stops as it should. PLEASE

I did respond to it, but nobody has gotten back to me. I'm now on hold on their telephone number to call for probems, now it hung up on me.
