grab-n-go charm parties

when i have passes but no gems,it wont let me into parties even when they are grab-n-go parties,i dont stick around hoping for freebies.i grab-n-go,thats it.it tells me party is full after i have seen it is not even close to being full.does cw control who gets into parties?

  Grab-n-Go parties also require the minimum number of players in order for the Charm Party to start, and some players stay in the party to fill the Party Buster. From what you're describing, it sounds like the party filled up quickly, and you were then placed in an overflow room, or you entered the Party right after it ended.

  We do not control which parties players are able to attend, and I'm sorry this was not a better experience.
