Bingo monthly challenge/20 games

I completed the monthly challenge of 20 games of Bingo in Silver Screen. My tally of games played is stuck on 18. I have played over a dozen times and my tally is stuck on 18 games. It does not update and reflect the last two games in challenge.
Please advise me what I can do to rectify this situation.

Mine also froze at 16 cards and have played at least 40 some but not reflecting.Whats up with that?

I am stuck on 8 of 20 games for bingo challenge, played many more do not like these challenges that require 20 games in a row or in the case of majhong 4 games in a row, some games take longer to complete and 4 games of this takes more than can be completed at one sitting in my humble opinion, perhaps changes this to playing 4 games in a 2 week period or over a couple of days more feasible for many I am sure, some challenges are totally unattainable

played 3 complete games on mahjong down to last two matches and lost the game and also the credit for the three played at 500,000 that is a big loss, oh well it is only a game also notice it now takes over 50 spins in most slot games to get free spins and in one case 250 spins and no free games why is this now happening
