double charge purchasing gems

I'm not sure what's going on but when I paid 100 dollars for a gem purchase, the very next day there is an additional charge on my credit card for the very same amount.

I would like someone to explain this to me, it has happened twice now, am I getting a little concerned as to what's up at CW
