Desert Night Theme

Just reached my season challenge & claimed the desert night theme.  When I went to my city, I could not find it in my theme file.  Please help.

  Reload and it will add it to it.  Just like season perks it don't add it to the total till you reload

  What do the themes  you get in my city mean? How are they used?

  nothing major just changes the background on your city
