treasure box locks up when getting free coins and charms

  I am also experiencing the same issue. Coin Collection seems to work fine. When attempting to collect available charms, "My City" locks abvout half way into the charm retrieval process. Unknown if I receive all charms due to me. CW does not reset and must be rebooted/restarted. This issue started happening about 3 days ago.

  I was just going to post the same complaint - I can't put the first one or two Charms in my charm bank.

  We discovered an error was occurring while collecting rewards and causing the City to freeze. A fix was applied to the game recently, and everything should be running smoothly now.
