I have the same issue. I bet MAX on Astros beating Orioles last night.  Astros won...I did not. Can someone explain how, when my team wins, it's a push?

Unfortunately the results sent to us mentioned the date of the game changing. This resulted in the game being determined as a Push. We're not able to change this result, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Inconvenience?   The purpose of making a bet in SPORTSBOOK is to win coins when a Team I bet on wins the game.  I recognize that I may lose coins if the Team I bet on loses; that's why its gambling.

In this situation, per attachment, I bet 4.4B coins on the Astros winning against the Orioles.

The Astros clearly did win against the Orioles, as evidenced by my second attachment reflecting the final score.  That is not in any stretch of the term, a "PUSH".

Telling me that "...[w]e're not able to change this result" and apologizing for the "inconvenience" is grossly inadequate response, particularly when the "results" reflect that i placed a winning bet on the outcome of this MLB game.

If I am at fault for losing coins, that's on me.   But, this one is not my fault.  Why am I being forced to suffer by your denying the benefit of my winning bet?

Now that you KNOW Flowplay was misinformed as to the outcome of the Astros / Orioles game, why are you refusing to promptly make appropriate corrections so that its customers are not cheated?

Again, this is NOT my fault.  Its not due to a server issue or how my computer does or does not operate.... This is entirely a Flowplay issue, one over which I have no influence or control, other than to make this complaint and request for relief.

Your refusing to address this matter seems entirely unreasonable, unfair and contrary to the values that Flowplay claims to uphold.

Finally, if you were in my position of being cheated out of winnings, would you be a happy and satisfied customer?

If you are unable or unwilling to resolve this issue, please tell me who I need to talk to and the best way to reach this person...

Samantha, I have also made a formal complaint with CW that I hope gets the attention of someone at Flowplay who CAN address this matter since you are claiming you are not able to resolve it for some nonspecific reason, thereby leaving me feeling cheated.

I stopped playing sportsbook because of to many issues. Casino World will not help either, because they say they go through a different company. Dang Michael that really sucks. Because if i lost that much id have nothing left. Hope you guys figure out a way to get your coins back.

PackerFan12 is correct. A third party reports the games to us for Sportsbook, as well as the results. I wish there was more we could do, but we simply don't have the ability to change the result once it's been reported to us. Since the game was reported as a Push, your original wager was refunded to your account. This would have already been added to your total Coins once the Inbox message was received. Again, I'm sorry for this, but we're limited in what we can do with Sportsbook.

Since you use a 3rd party for reports and have been told on numerous occasions that the results are inaccurate how about CW switching to a  3rd party that will get it right the first time, or quit offering sportsbook betting because you know your 3rd party is getting it wrong. Maybe we should switch to a game where reporting is always accurate. I did not lose money because my bet was not one of the controversial issues. I just don't like unfair practices when you obviously know the reasoning behind them, and that is your 3rd party reporting.

How i feel they shouldn't go through a 3rd party website. Because if u have issues they can't help you. How does that solve anything. Get rid of sportsbook and create something similar to sportsbook. That if we have issues we can contact you to have them resolved. It's unfair to everyone that have issues with that game.

It doesn't help that CW fails to disclose its reliance on third party AND Flowplay will not act responsibly when third party screws a Flowplay customer.
