Fountains of Wealth
I believe this has happened to me at least 6 times now:
In the third row (always the third row), the last 4 positions are all Jackpots and the first position is the Blue Gemstone. I understand that each spin is a new random opportunity, but this doesn't seem to be random at all? Not that I expect the first position to be a Jackpot, but I would expect other items, not always the Blue Gemstone. Could this be an issue in the game software? Would love to get some thoughts?

If this happens again, can you post a screenshot please?

Happened again right after I posted, so I captured.

It just happened again...please note that the FULL screen is identical to the prior one (all rows) and that you can tell it's different captures as the players in the left margin are different. This is really weird. Makes me think I should have won the Jackpot...:) !

That's certainly a surprise. I'll check with our slots folks and see if they can sort out what is going on here.

thanks, I'd love to understand how this is happening.

and here's the third time I've been able to capture...zoomed out a bit so you could see the full page, again identical:

OK definitely something wrong here. These are excellent images thank you.
We're investigating now.

The short answer is "it happens this pattern occurs quite frequently on this particular machine", so seeing it periodically is actually to be expected.
The longer answer is that we ran a number of simulations and did a fair amount of math (if you'd like to play along at home this site https://stattrek.com/onlinecalculator/binomial.aspx has a handy tool for computing the likelihood of what you saw occurring, given that the probability of this particular spin happening is 0.0004275) and over a couple of days of playing you should indeed expect to see this pattern 5 or more times. If you'd like to replicate what we did you can enter 10,000 spins (about what you did over the last few days) and the chance to see this pattern 5 or more times on that site to follow the math (you can plug in a larger number than 5 to see how that works out if you like). You probably don't care to do that, but we're just trying to be as open as possible about this sort of question. Others on the forum may care to give it a shot.
So basically you're very eagle eyed, but it doesn't look like anything unexpected is actually happening here. It's a machine which doesn't have a huge amount of variety in its reels, so over a decent number of spins this pattern will just occur fairly often. (Incidentally, if you keep looking there will be a lot of other patterns which also repeat quite often they probably just don't stand out as clearly).

Hi Dougaroo,
Thanks for the detailed investigation and your response appreciated. I understand the analysis, but am not going to go chasing any new math projects :). Having said that, it seems I see this more than the model predicts...I may just be lucky in an unfortunate way! I guess the means CW won't be crediting billions of coins into my account anytime soon...;(. Thanks again and have a great weekend!
