How much memory (RAM) do you have on your computer (e.g. 8GB) and what operating system are you using (e.g. Windows 10)?

16 of ram, also windows 10. I have no issues on another other sites. I also play really intensive games off of steam with no issues.

Yes 16GB of RAM should be plenty and Windows 10 will be keeping you up to date.

Are you comfortable running some commands on your computer and collecting some more information about your setup?

There's a tool called "dxdiag" which might help us figure out what is happening on your machine - instructions for how to run that are here:

    https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

If you are able to run that, choose the "save all information" option and attach it to this post, we can review that and see if it gives us some clues on why things are freezing for you.

It says no issues were found in any of that. But several i know people From Casino World are having the same issue. So i know the issue isn't me.

That tool shouldn't be reporting problems - it's just a diagnostic tool which tells us more technical details about your system - what kind of video card you have etc.

With that information we may be able to setup a system which will exhibit the same problems and then figure out what we need to do to fix this.

it happens to me too as well as at least 10 ppl at a party i attended last night so it must be the CW server

in the middle of free spins or during a party or at any time just freezes up and get an error code from CW

If you do get an error code it be helpful if you can post it.  I think I know what error you are likely getting (you are probably just being disconnected from the game) but the more information the better when it comes to tracking down problems like this.

Everyone is getting the same blue screen says we got disconnected.

OK that's the one I expected.  So there is some situation that must be causing these disconnects (which we don't see in our regular testing).  We'll continue to explore and see if we can track down a cause.

OK - that does help to make sure that we're not chasing the wrong problem.  Basically this just says that the has been a momentary hiccup on the network between your computer and our servers.

But there may be some ways we can adjust things to make the game more forgiving of that sort of hiccup, so you don't actually get disconnected.  We'll keep digging.  Thanks for the screenshot.

I get the same thing as above . Another thing is when I am in a party and I try to buy charms it takes forever to load before i can get to the screen to buy any charms. I have cleaned things out of my cache. Now I had a person tell me I don't buy charms which is not the case its the loading. I don't ever go to parties unless I have gems so I can contribute.

This happens to me quite frequently too and I am very tired of CW blaming us and our computers. It's obvious with this may issues with other people that it is CW's problem and not ours! A friend of mine lost $20,000 on a free spin on OZMA  because he was kicked off line and he did not get the coins. When reporting this to CW he was told it was on his end and did not get the coins refunded. A good way to lose people on this site CW! We are all getting tired of CW's lame excuses!

Sorry to hear about your friend's experience. These are definitely our problems to fix, not yours.

However, if you do get disconnected like that when playing slots, you won't lose out on any coins - even though it may feel like that. That's because the slot machine spin first happens on our servers and the coins you win are added to your account immediately and then a second later that is sent back to your computer and you see the spin. So if your computer freezes or disconnects, you have already received the coins (in your account on our servers).

That being said, we definitely want to fix any bugs like this as it's clearly annoying to get a freeze or disconnected like that.

    Same issues

Another issue I has was playing silver screen bingo

    •  when i click on the number it wouldn't respond I had to click 3 times for a lot of the numbers and got behind trying to keep up.
    • so the bingo balls came out at the right time but clicking on the card wasn't working
    • also sometimes the voice calling the number wouldnt call all the bingo balls, some were missed if you were relying on the voice to help you as you search your numbers....
    • I went from playing with 3 cards down to one just to keep up because of the issues with the game today.

Has anyone else have the same issue today with Silver City Bingo?
