theme city ???
Other than slightly changing the way your city looks, what are the themes good for? Just got the halloween one and only slightly changes the background color. Big deal ? NOOOO. What a rip off for completing challenges and paying for VIP!!!! Useless reward.

I agree Trina. The Halloween theme for the city is an awful reward. It puts a few jack o' lanterns out and leafless trees and is only practical for a couple weeks of the year. Also, a few gems is a pretty small reward for the effort it takes to show up everyday and do the challenges.

I agree with all of you. Also the Halloween theme does not look much different then the dark theme except for a few different colors. Like going into a party takes forever to load. I can clean out reboot 5 times no difference. They need to make this site better for there paying customer's.

PackerFan12 someone told me to use firefox instead of chrome, it changes the lag issues apparently, so im going to check it out

Please consider this as constructive criticism.
Halloween is the first holiday to come up since I've been on CW. I'm used to other game sites where the designers really go over the top with holiday decorations, so I thought there would be something similar here. I was excited about the Halloween city theme, and expected it would be really great, especially since it's the VIP "big prize" for reaching the season point goal.
I just earned mine, and have to say I'm completely disappointed and underwhelmed. It appears that little time and/or thought went into this creating this design. If the Halloween theme were fleshed out with details like the tropical theme is (rocks, beaches, water, etc.), it would have so been much better.
I appreciate that the game's goal is not to have any space in your city, so maybe CW felt they didn't need to put much into the Halloween city theme's detail. However, not all players, even if they're VIP, have a completely built-out city. Since I'm a new player, I don't have a lot of buildings, which makes the tiny decorations look even sadder, and. the background is really ugly - bad when you have a lot of it showing, plus it's not very Halloween-y. I haven't seen anyone's city that's completely full of buildings who is using this theme, but I imagine the tiny decorations must get pretty lost in the overall picture.
The sites I was on before put their holiday decorations on their main page, so maybe CW should do that instead of holiday city themes. You've done a great job with the Halloween avatars, the tarantula 'pet', and special charms like the Pumpcake, so if you're going to do a holiday city theme it should be given the same degree of care and design excellence as you have with the other holiday elements, especially if it's being given as a VIP final season award.

Looking closely at the Halloween city theme, I now see that there are some things drawn in where the rocks and beaches are in the tropical theme. However, they're so dark that they appeared invisible to me, until I looked at where the beaches and stuff usually are while I was in the zoomed in view. Gotta have contrast to be able to see things like that when looking at the whole city view.

who ever created it was the wrong person to ask! :( clearly they put little effort into it, because it shows they don't care! and don't care to make the people on this site happy and want to disappoint people...why Casino world?
why give this project to someone who either doesn't care? or really didn't manage their time to create a fun festive Halloween theme.:/
Everyone wants the fun festive themes for the holidays and for some reason CW is being stingy about that why?

I just posted a response to the other Halloween theme thread, but I will post it here as well:
Currently our teams are working on projects that are not centered on the City. I've passed along the feedback of wanting a little more flare to the Halloween theme, as well as the extra decorations, but please note, all the Halloween items coming to Casino World have already been released for this year. Any new Halloween items will have to come out next year as it takes a while to create the items you're suggesting.

I wasn't expecting a redo of the current Halloween city theme; just a better designed alternate city theme next time (if you do another one), and more exciting holiday decorations on the site. You guys have great designers who do excellent work on the current aspects of the game, so we expect the same level of quality in any new elements you introduce.
