Three Card Poker - Challenge Problem

I've been trying to complete the THREE CARD POKER Challenge most of today - at several different times and at several different tables - but the result is the same.  When I have a winning hand AND the dealer's hand QUALIFIES, I am not getting the Challenge credit(s) I should be getting.  I've re-read the rules so I'm sure I can identify when I'm supposed to have a Challenge "winner", but I've not been credited with any of those on the challenge stats today at all. I've read that this malfunctioning challenge can be SWAPPED for another, but it costs me one of my 3 Monthly Swaps (?).  I feel I should be given completion credit for the existing Three Card Poker challenge, without having to use one of my 3 SWAPS.  RSVP.  Thank you very much, in advance, for your consideration.   GTTi12cu
