Challenge times

Recently the time of when my challenges are available has changed. I noticed that the time you get them is governed by the time you sign in on the first of the month. Unfortunately, I did not know this. I signed in later on New Year's Day because I overslept from being up late the night before. Unfortunately, this has messed up my schedule for when I do my challenges. I assumed that challenges became available at Midnight for everyone, no matter what time zone they were in. I don't understand your rule about when you sign on at the first of the month and was wondering if CW would consider making it available for everyone at Midnight daily. To me it makes more sense to me.

  My daily ones start at 11 pm the night before and my monthly start at 3 am.

  For me... I'm actually not sure how this can be adjusted. I signed in the first of the month at what I thought would be the time for them to take hold. Mine are also seem to default to 11 PM and 3 AM like Michael. We are both on EST (-5 GMT).  I do know that Flow Play (CW) run their shop in Seattle which is on PST (-8 GMT). It would be nice if there was a way for us to somehow customize the time on when we would like to have our challenges available individually to us... Just a thought. Can this be looked into?

  The 2nd of every month both mine are for some reason at 3 am but on the 3rd the daily goes back to 11 pm.

  The times are determined by the time you sign in on the first day of each month. If you'd like to change the time, be sure to sign in around the time you'd like your Challenges to reset on the first day of the next month.

  I had thought I did this this month, but appeared to revert back to 11 PM and 3 AM EST which is -5 GMT. 

  I also find it odd that the daily challenges are at 11 PM and the monthly challenge is at 3 AM which is a four hour difference...Shouldn't both daily and monthly challenges occur at the same time, regardless on what time you first sign in?  Or is the default four hours between daily and monthly, meaning the monthly challenge will always follow four hours behind the daily.. LOL! I'm pretty confused and hope I hadn't confused you too! Please help me to understand.  

  Regardless, I will be sure to make the effort to sign in on February 1 and record the time. It's funny that I've been on this site for 10 months and still have not figured this out.
