I was kicked out when my credit card was hacked and the bank had issued me a new card because maybe when I bought gems at casino world someone got my information  and charged things on my account. they took all my coins and gems away and now wont let me get gems on my new card . it wasn't my fault and if I knew anything I would have made it right .I am very upset with casino world . FYI     now I had to start all over after being with casino world for years its not right.

  WOW! I'm so sorry to hear this happened I hope your able to get your account back, can you not go and retrieve the account by changing the password? I hope CW fixes this issue for you
