Request changes to the bet size increments as follows

100,000, 250,000, 500,000, 1,000,000, 2,500,000,5,000,000, 7,500,000, 10,000,000.

Alternately, new buttons could be added to double or half the last bet.

  So....people just starting out would have to bet 100,000 coins?  That seems fair.
