Disconnected from BINGO

I have been involuntarily disconnected from BINGO more times than I can count.  At least in the past, CW would reimburse the coin loss, and now they aren't even doing that.

The last straw, finally hit a 10X BINGO, and the first bingo of the game, only to get disconnected before getting credit.  That is not cool. Very, very frustrating.  The 10X wins are extremely rare, but to get cheated out of it is the worse.

  found the same problem with several games always stopping the game before pay off , is that normal? (bingo) playing dragon mahjong have a total of 60+ coins and can only use the once they tell me too use. before my choice. sorry two question on the same request. kath7

  Same issue! Tired of being disconnected it was more then a dozen of times. When you going to fix this CW.  Because i had internet company out here again on Friday to check everything there was no issue's. Very frustrating CW. If you read all the post you can tell people are not happy.
