How do you win 3 times a wager on roulette? I've tried every possible configuration and NOTHING seems to work!

  try betting on the 2 to 1 spot, worked for me

  That will work. Or you can bet the "1st 12" "2nd 12" "3rd 12" spots. Basically any bet that covers 1/3 of the board. You could probably just bet 12 random squares also, I haven't tried that but it should work.
