My Sea of Riches Turtle counter shorted me 3 Turtles, they disappeared
I have not won the mega prize for turtles and now three of the turtles are just gone. Can you fix this for me please?

Can you describe what happened when the three turtles disappeared? Did you happen to start a spin, and the game froze or experienced an error?

I don't know, it seems I returned to the game and I was only missing two turtles actually, the meter showed three, then on return showed one.

Thanks for that information. If Sea of Riches froze or if an error appeared, causing you to refresh the game, it is likely your spin won a couple of turtles for the counter to reset in the way you're describing. You would have received the Coin reward for that.
