No Party Timer anymore?

I was just in a party...and normally if you get 20 out of 25 guests, a timer will count down from 30 to 0, and the party will start. That did not happen, we actually had to fill the room to 25.

Is the 20-is-good-enough-for-a-timer rule gone?

  No, the timer should still be appearing.  We were just doing the new update and perhaps that affected this specific party.

  We'll keep an eye out and make sure we didn't break the timer with this new update.
