I went in to a party for 13 passes the party never got started , I never got the charms and the party has ended noticed came up when I exited I saw that I never got back my 13 party passes.

  You aren't charged for a Charm Party if it is unsuccessful. I checked your account, and I'm not seeing 13 Party Passes have been taken from your account.

  "Party functions" Are the gifts on parties more valuable in the boxes if playing lets say a 300 gem party vrs a 10 gem party?
